Terms of service

The agreement

The agreement is between you and BPDATA Kft., Budapest, Hungary.

We prepare technical documentation from your repository and your answers. We are not a notified body, we do not certify products, and we do not provide legal advice.

You remain the manufacturer. You sign the EU declaration of conformity, because Article 28(4) of Regulation (EU) 2024/2847 makes drawing it up an assumption of responsibility by the manufacturer.

Prices and payment

Prices are in EUR and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payment is handled by Stripe. Access starts once the payment is confirmed.

Delivery

Delivery times run in working days from the day your intake form arrives and, where the tier needs it, read-only repository access is granted.

Reporting Readiness Pack: 5 working days.

Technical File: 10 working days.

Technical File Plus: 15 working days.

Monitoring: Starts the day you subscribe.

Refunds and cancellation

Reporting Readiness Pack: If our scope check concludes you are out of CRA scope, we refund the 690 EUR in full.

Technical File: If the delivered file does not cover every Annex VII element, we fix it or refund in full.

Technical File Plus: If the delivered file does not cover every Annex VII element, we fix it or refund in full.

Recurring plans can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the paid period.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the engagement concerned, except where the law does not allow that limit.

Compliance with Regulation (EU) 2024/2847 stays with the manufacturer. We prepare documentation and evidence, we do not assume the manufacturer obligations.

Governing law

Hungarian law applies and the courts of Budapest have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rules of your own country. The contracting entity is BPDATA Kft..
