What is Folio?
Folio makes TikTok and Instagram slideshows for your business. Make them yourself in the editor, set up a campaign that makes and posts new ones on a schedule, or ask Claude or ChatGPT to build them in Folio.
Do I need to film anything?
No. A slideshow is photos and text. Use your own photos, pictures Folio makes, or a screenshot of your app or site shown in a phone.
Which platforms does Folio post to?
TikTok and Instagram. Every template comes in TikTok 9:16 and Instagram 4:5. Schedule a slideshow to a connected TikTok or Instagram account, or download the slides and post them yourself.
Do posts go out without me?
Only if you choose. A new campaign starts with To review first, so each slideshow waits for your approval. You can switch a campaign to Straight to the profile. Slideshows your AI builds are never posted until you confirm them.
How does connecting Claude or ChatGPT work?
Add Folio as a connector in Claude or ChatGPT and sign in with your Folio account. Then ask in plain words. Your AI builds the slideshow in Folio's editor, where you can watch and take over. To schedule it, you check the preview and confirm in Folio. No code needed.
What counts toward my monthly posts?
A slideshow counts once it becomes a post: when you schedule it, or when a campaign makes one, even while it waits for your review. Downloads and slideshows still in the editor do not count. AI pictures use your separate AI usage allowance.
How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with 7 days free. You add a card at checkout, and it is not charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime from Settings before then and you pay nothing.
