Terms of service
These terms are the agreement between you and Company name not set, the company behind Folio. By creating an account, you accept them. If you accept them for a company, you confirm that you can act for that company.

What Folio does
Folio reads your public website and the material you give it, drafts social media posts with captions and images, and lets you review, edit, approve, schedule, and publish them to the social accounts you connect.
Folio is for businesses and professionals. You confirm that you use it for your trade, business, craft, or profession, and not as a consumer.
Your account
You must be at least 18 to create an account. Use a correct email address and keep your sign-in details safe.
You are responsible for what happens in your account and your workspaces, including actions by the people you invite.
Free week, plans, and payment
Every workspace can use Folio free for one week. You do not need a card to start, and each workspace gets one free week.
The paid plans are Solo, Studio, and Collective, billed monthly or yearly in euros. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of posts and images. The allowance renews each month, and unused posts and images do not carry over.
Stripe processes payments. When you pick a plan, you add a payment method in Stripe Checkout. If days of your free week are left, the first charge happens when they end, unless you cancel before then.
Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. The price and any taxes are shown before you pay.
If a payment fails, we may pause the creation of new content until it succeeds. Your existing content stays available.
We may change prices for future billing periods. We tell you at least 30 days before a change applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time in the billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund partial periods, unless the law requires it.
After your plan ends, you can still read and export your content, but you cannot create new posts until you pick a plan again.
Your content
You keep all rights to the material you give Folio, such as your website text, photos, logo, and brand details.
You give us the rights we need to host, copy, process, and adapt that material, only to provide Folio to you. This includes sending it to the providers named in our privacy policy.
You confirm that you have the rights to the material you upload or point Folio to, and that publishing it does not break the law or anyone's rights.
The posts, captions, and images Folio creates for you are yours to use. To the extent we hold rights in them, we transfer those rights to you. AI output is not unique, so similar content may be created for others.
AI-generated content
Folio uses AI to write captions and create images. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Check every post before you approve it.
Nothing is published until you or someone you invite approves it. You are responsible for the posts you approve, including what they say about your products and prices.
Fair use
Do not use Folio to create or publish content that is illegal, misleading, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit, or that infringes anyone's rights.
Do not send spam, try to break or overload Folio, get around its limits, access other customers' data, or resell Folio without our written permission.
Folio checks content for safety and may refuse a request. We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules, and we tell you why unless the law forbids it.
Social networks and other services
When you connect Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Bluesky, or another network, you also follow its terms. Folio publishes through each network's official interface, so publishing depends on it. A network can change its rules, limit access, or ask you to reconnect.
If you connect Folio to an AI app such as Claude or ChatGPT, your use of that app follows its provider's terms. The app can read your workspace and create drafts. It cannot approve or publish.
We are not responsible for outages or decisions of these third parties.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Folio available and your data safe, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service.
We may improve, change, or remove features. If a change removes a feature you pay for, you can cancel and we refund the unused part of your prepaid period.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in those 12 months.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as liability for intent, gross negligence, or harm to life, body, or health.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Folio and delete your workspaces at any time.
We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or at once if you seriously break these terms. Before the end, you can export your content, unless we end the agreement because of a serious breach.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We tell account owners by email at least 30 days before a change that matters takes effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Country not set. The courts at the registered seat of Company name not set decide disputes, unless the law says otherwise.
