Give it a concrete brief
Paste the request below. Choose your workspace and supply the product name, date and facts you want included. Ask it to read your saved voice and calendar before drafting.
Inspect both posts
Ask for each post preview. Read the captions and inspect the images. If an image is still generating, wait for its result before deciding.
Change one thing at a time
Ask for a shorter caption or a different image. Review the new version. Leave the posts as drafts until you are ready to confirm a publication destination and time.
Your first request
Use Folio to show my workspaces and read the brand rules for the workspace I choose. Check its calendar for repeated topics. Create two draft posts about our next product update for my chosen channels. Use confirmed facts only and ask me for any missing product details. Show each image and caption for review. Do not schedule or publish anything.
Then check the result
Show the first draft's current preview. Shorten its caption while keeping the confirmed product facts. Show the updated preview and leave it unscheduled.
Before you continue
Does connecting Folio publish my posts?
No. Creating a draft leaves it in your review queue. Scheduling or publishing requires a separate confirmation of the exact content, destination and time.
What if ChatGPT cannot find Folio's tools?
Open the setup guide, check that the custom MCP connection is enabled in this chat, and reconnect if permissions are missing. Signing in or mentioning Folio alone does not confirm tool access.
