Review and schedule

Review a post and confirm its schedule.

Check the exact image, caption, account and time before placing a post on your calendar.

  1. Read the current preview

Ask for the latest draft awaiting review. Check the image and caption of the version you intend to schedule. Finish any edits first.

  2. Choose the destination and time

Ask for your available destinations. Select the account, channel, date, time and timezone. If the destination needs reconnecting, resolve that in Integrations.

  3. Open the confirmation

Ask Folio to prepare one schedule confirmation. Open the link and inspect the exact content, account and time. Click Approve and schedule when they are correct.

  4. Check the result

The confirmation button submits the action. Check the result page and ask your chat app to read its status. A waiting or failed action is not a completed schedule. Scheduled content is not yet published.

Your first request

Use Folio to show my latest draft awaiting review, including its current image, caption and schedule state. Show my available publishing destinations. Ask me to choose the account, channel and publication time with timezone. Once I choose, prepare one schedule confirmation for that exact version. Wait for me to approve it on the Folio confirmation page. Do not claim it is scheduled before its action status confirms success.

Then check the result

Check the schedule action's current status and show the calendar entry if it succeeded. If the result is still pending or unknown, explain that and do not submit another action.

Before you continue

Is opening the link enough to schedule a post?

No. The signed-in account user must click the confirmation button. Opening the page alone does not schedule or publish anything.

What if I edit the post after preparing the confirmation?

Ask for a fresh preview and confirmation. Consent applies to the exact version shown, so changes require a new confirmation.
