How does Folio decide when to post?
From your posting plan. Pick a rhythm and your channels, and Folio creates time slots in your timezone. Change any slot, or let the Studio plan suggest better times from your results.
Do I have to approve every post?
Yes. Nothing is scheduled until it is approved. Approved posts can take the next free slot on their own, or you can pick a date and time.
Can I move a post after it is scheduled?
Yes. Drag it to another day and it keeps its time, or open it and set a new date and time.
What happens when my review queue runs low?
Folio writes new drafts until the queue is back at your target, as long as your plan has posts left this month.
Which timezone does the calendar use?
Your workspace timezone, set in your posting plan. Every slot and scheduled time follows it.
What if a post fails to publish?
Folio tries up to three times. If it still cannot publish, it marks the post as failed and emails you the reason, so nothing fails quietly.
Can I plan several brands?
Yes. Each brand workspace has its own calendar and posting plan. The Collective plan includes up to five brand workspaces.
